SERVICES AGREEMENT:This agreement is between (PHILO PHOTO ) ABN 55 486 651 037 and the customer referred to below you when you sign this agreement,you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which you have read and understood.

SECTION I - GENERAL CONDITIONS; We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. REFOUND POLICY Thanks for purchasing from our gift products at www.philophotos.com.au operated by PHILO PHOTO in order to be aligible for refound ,you have to return the product within 5 calender days of your purchase if not match your request and undamaged in any way,After we recieve your item we will inspect it and process your refound.The money will be refound to the original payment method you`ve used during the purchase.If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us at any time.
